We integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)Â along with Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Expressive Therapies to provide personalized care.
Our goal is to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs, helping them heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Individual Weekly Sessions
Meet with your therapist once a week for approximately 60 minutes working toward your goals. For adults, teens, and children.

Intensive Program Sessions
Meet with your therapist for 2-4 days with extended sessions over hours with specific targeted goals. Available for adults only at this time.

Teens
Building Self-Esteem, Healthy Relationships, and Empowering Emotional Wellness
Being a teenager comes with a lot of pressure. Between school, friendships, family expectations, and figuring out who they are, it’s no surprise that many teens feel overwhelmed. They may struggle with self-esteem, anxiety about how others see them, or difficulty managing emotions like anger, frustration, trauma, or sadness. It’s also common for teens to experience challenges with peers, conflict at home, or changes in school performance—sometimes leading to stress, withdrawal, or defiant behaviors.
At Meaningful Counseling and Consulting, we provide a safe and supportive space where teens can express themselves without judgment and we help them:
