EMDR Therapy
A Powerful Approach to Healing Trauma & Emotional Distress
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and heal from past trauma, anxiety, and distressing experiences. By using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports the brain’s natural ability to reprocess painful memories—reducing emotional distress and promoting lasting change.
